How it works
From brief to confirmed scope.
A submitted brief is an enquiry, not an automatic booking. Availability, final scope, crew, travel, licensing, commercial terms, and delivery commitments are confirmed before a project begins.
- Send your brief. Include date, location, service, intended output, event agenda or brand guidelines, and any delivery deadline.
- Confirm scope and availability. We review the production requirements and any details that need clarification.
- Proposal or invoice. A proposal, invoice, or information for a company PO is prepared around the project and company process.
- Booking confirmation. Booking is confirmed after scope, date, documents, and relevant terms are agreed.
- Pre-production and delivery. Brief, coverage priorities, venue access, and final output are prepared according to the agreed project scope.
Prepare your brief
Information that helps procurement move faster.
Share company name, main contact, date and venue, photography or video requirements, estimated duration, proposal/invoice/PO needs, deliverables, and publication deadline.
Where available, include the rundown, brand guidelines, VIP or speaker priorities, and venue rules.
Published corporate-event information: coverage starts at Rp3,500,000 for up to 8 hours, selected previews are available within 24 hours, and final corporate-event delivery is 2โ3 business days. Every final scope and commitment is confirmed per project.

FAQ
Common questions.
Does an enquiry automatically become a booking?
No. We review requirements and availability before any booking is confirmed.
Can we discuss a proposal, invoice, or company PO?
Yes. These can be discussed during the enquiry process according to the project scope.
Can you coordinate with our internal team or event organiser?
This can be arranged in the brief. One main contact helps keep coverage priorities, access, and approvals clear.
