Privacy Information
This page explains the data flows used by the Whitepaper Photography website when you read content or contact us.

Project briefs and WhatsApp
The contact form uses the details you enter to prepare a WhatsApp message draft in your browser. The form does not POST the brief to the website server or save it in a website database. Opening WhatsApp does not send the message. You can review or edit the draft and decide whether to press Send in WhatsApp.
When you open the WhatsApp link, the draft text is passed in the link to the WhatsApp service. Once you press Send, the message is received through WhatsApp to discuss your project. WhatsApp processes data under its own service policies. Avoid including confidential or sensitive information that is unnecessary for an initial brief.
Analytics and website interactions
The website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Meta Pixel. These services may process technical information, page visits, and interactions such as WhatsApp clicks, depending on the active configuration and your browser settings. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers.
A WhatsApp handoff event records a button interaction; it does not prove that you sent a message or became a lead. Personal details you type, such as your name, email, phone number, and brief text, are not included in the handoff event implemented in the form. Google and Meta policies and processing apply to data those services receive.
Third-party content and services
Website pages may display YouTube videos and Instagram content, and use external font services. When this content or these services load, providers may receive technical information, use cookies or identifiers, and process data according to their policies.
Links to other websites, including WhatsApp, YouTube, and Instagram, lead to services with their own settings and privacy policies. Browser settings can restrict third-party cookies or content; this may affect some website features.
Hosting and technical logs
Hosting and network providers may process technical logs to deliver pages and operate services, such as IP addresses, access times, or browser information. Provider policy details, log access, and retention periods have not been verified for this notice.
This notice does not set a retention period for project messages or promise that all data is automatically deleted. Questions about the handling of messages you have sent can be directed to the contacts below.
Privacy questions
To ask about the handling of information you have sent or request an explanation, contact Whitepaper Photography by email or WhatsApp. Do not include sensitive information before discussing your needs and an appropriate channel.
